Any interest in moving back to 28th st? i manage a shop right off 131. the lot is huge. already have approval. roll through and check it out...the quality express car car center next to oreilly auto parts. message me with any questions. might even be able to have the detail bays open during the summer....

Do they serve food till midnight ...sonic works great for numerous reasons...

-wyoming cops on 28th are dicks
- lit lot at sonic with food till midnight
- 24hr steak n shack next door.
- less than a 1/4 mile off 131
-lack of law enforcement
- 131 south of m6 as well as m6 is how do we say not patrolled at the times we hang out.
- parking lot is clean and free of potholes
- seating available
- adjacent parking lots are the size of Texas...as in we will never run out of room for more cars
- mozerella sticks at 11pm when its chilly out are like a little slice of heaven

Every lot we have had anywhere on 28th street from rodgers plaza,to krispy creme to dog dogs, back to Rodgers to the 28th cafe and there were a few in the middle that were short lived like an old car dealership over a decade ago...they were all plagued with the same issue.....cops and lots of them...28th street is heavily patrolled as are the highways around that area

If I remember correctly it wasnt the cops that were the problem. It was the douches doing burnouts, flinging asphalt, leaving trash, and from time to time getting in accidents within the parking lot. Everytime the cops showed up it was because they were called. I hung out rogers plaza, muffler man, krispy kreme, sears, sears 2.0, and so on. There was times it wasnt even anyone in our group, just some random guy show up get us in trouble and leave.

Having a detail bay is appealing, but so are cheese burgers. im kinda neutral on it.

yeah there will always be those people. it seems its far more under control at sonic though. but im not talking about cops showing up, im simply speaking of the area be more heavily patrolled in general
