Digging through the mail logs I see that Comcast (for one) is blocking the outbound emails from this site due to a improperly setup reverse dns record. Sigh.. my fault, now I gotta fix it. So for the time being, you may not be getting your notification emails and now you know why.

Update: Not fixed apparently. AOL and Comcast are still denying emails outgoing from this server. The errors claim that I don't have a reverse DNS PTR and the email is rejected. I had the proper pointer record set up on Tuesday night yet both places are still rejecting emails. I even went to AOL's site and plugged in the IP and it said I had the required PTR yet they are still rejecting it.

I'm going to have to look into this further.

No, the error specifically says why. There's no pointer record.

And I found out why.. for some reason the mail server is sending email out through the 2nd IP which it should not be doing. Only the main IP has a PTR.

i check my emails everyday and never re-call having an email at all. lol

Forgot to update this. I had a reverse DNS ptr put in for our 2nd IP and everything seems fine, I see nothing in the queue from AOL or Hotmail any longer.
