Camaro 2JZ no shit!

I think someone posted pics of this car before. It looks like its running now. I can already see the Mullets getting upset. Everything aside, I remember reading about the build and some thought, time and money was definitely put into it.

It would have a big blow off valve and everything!!! it would go "pshhhhh, pshhhhhh".seriously though, an 800 hp v8 will get the car down the track faster than an 800 hp 2jz. v8 can make 800 hp naturally aspirated, have a ridiculous amount of torque, and no turbo lag.but then again, do whatever makes you happy."

the 2jz is alot stronger than most v8's out there, it can make over 800hp on stock internals. Most people swap in the 2jz simply because its different even though the v8 would be a better and more affordable option

Shit I was watching the video and thought "Damn that looks a lot like a Houston freeway" I went to the EVS and sure enough they're out of Houston. I should go to that shop and shake their hand for using the God of all engines and not a LSX paperweight.

i still think its moraly wrong but its cool at the same time. japanese inline 6 motors are among the most powerful and potent engines out there. strong bottom end good power and tq numbers with a little added boost. too bad emissions killed them in 02.

A D15 is a better motor yet... VTEC MAN!


A 2jz is worthless.. People make 12358763whp, yet they only have that power for 1000rpm, then shift, and wait till 8k again for the turbo to spool.

There are plently of 800+whp LSx, Mod, and push rod motors out there with usable power. Unlike a 2jz.

interesting for sure, nothing beats the sould of a big lumpy camed v8 but i like that alot. it looks good and sounds amazing. and people put lsx motors in imports all the time, so y not the other way around?

there is one out there with a 106mm turbo on it
in the 1st 60ft it yanked the wheels off the ground and almost twisted the chassis.
it has YET to do a full quarter mile run because of the traction issue's. there is another one in progress as well. when i get home ill TRY to find the video and pics of the builds

Finally someone did the Camaro justice. The mullets deserve to get pissed off. It's just like whose those stupid fucks put a v8 in a Rx7. It DOESN'T belong in there. It came with a rotary for a reason. Kind of funny, those mullets hate imports so much yet they'll drive a Mazda lol.

Justice would be you eliminating anyone who drives a domestic. Including, Focus, Neon, DSM, and any other person who owns/drives a domestic.
