I'm inspired to build something with equal amounts of fail.

those slots are a theory of an Indian man who believes that they help accomplish better combustion. I can't remember his name or the theory but there seems to be growing support for it.

    This is correct....

For me the best part was the aluminum head on the magnetic vise of a surface grinder without any dogs locking it down.
Let's forget that it's not such a good idea to destroy the wheel on the grinder and focus on the head flying across the room.

I still just cant get over the painted pedals, and one piece exhaust, I mean I understand all the HUGE problems building the motor, but those two things just crack me up.

Yea, but for the amount of money and time they put into it, I wouldn't be trying things that might not workout, on the core of my engine no less. It is interesting though.

waaao, i wonder where these people get the kind of money to buy all those parts and then fck it up all the way, so basically even at its prime, this is a one day car, drive one day, build the other, repeat. what a waste of time and money.

specially, while documenting every screw twist and showing the world what they're upto, magnificent, specially, oh no dont wash that gear box, just paint over it, to my amusement the only thing they probably didnt paint was the brake discs, turbo and exhaust manifold. Paint first, test fit later.

I'm sure, even if it does work, you can't just put grooves in it wherever the hell you want, whatever size you want, and expect it to work. Plus, the grooves in that article are all still in the combustion chamber- his grooves on the 4G63 head are past the combustion chamber and part of the deck now.

Regardless, this thing is definitely a shoddy car, and I wonder how long it will live.
