    Workout plan for me

I'm looking to start working out BETTER. I am 5'4 and 140lbs. I know I sound like a scrawny punk but i don't look as small as it sounds. I have quite the tummy(and always have) and general body fat. I have played hockey, basketball, baseball, and other sports which have required workout days/ off ice practices. As long as i have been playing sports and everything I have remained the same size. I am looking to slim down and I know I have been pretty lazy about working out. My workout consists of running 15-20 minutes and then doing a couple abdominal exercises, a couple arm and back exercises and thats about it.

My diet doesn't consist of pop but I don't eat the best and I know this. I don't eat big mac's or whoppers, more like double chesseburgers kinda thing(i know...still bad).

So basically, can anyone suggest a better workout plan or ideas to suit my current size and goals. I'm thinking more running and less machines.

Count your calories and run. Fitday is a great way to keep track of your food.
