Coming from the quad world- a higher pressure will deffinantly help with debeading! Downside to stiffer tires, they are more prone to puncture..
Was reading an article over on dirtyimpreza about running a higher tire pressure as a way to prevent debeading caused from ruts and got a little curious to see what other members are running for psi out on the courses/stages....

It depends on the tire, wheel, and surface.
On a gravel rally tire, with proper rally wheels, on relatively smooth gravel roads, people typically run 24-28psi. I typically run 27-28psi.
On a rallycross course things will be a bit different because of ruts. That said, I usually ran street (30-32psi) pressures with both gravels and snows in my RS and the only time I had a de-bead is at the Sno-Drift RallyX two years ago.
