its like a list of cellphone numbers with people's names and carriers, what generates this list? Arent people not supposed to know who cellphones are registered to or something.

I have access to a caller ID setup that can track immediately who pays the bill on most cell phones. I have found out people that are calling me by checking it.

There are lists, it's just a matter of access.

Thanks much, i was just wondering, there are no cellphone directories or nothing, then how do they come up with these directories, i mean where does it pickup the input, what are these lists reading off? as you can see not all numbers are in that list, only selected few.

It's most likely just something trolling the 'net, who knows.

I know there are cell phone directories though. They can pick up everything but basically brand-new cell phones and disposables.
