Was a pretty decent event. I de-beaded a tire on my 6th run. Still finished 3rd in class though. Had they not cancelled the night runs, I would've been able to make up the time. Oh well, there's always next time!

ahh that was you with the debead! I did the same thing in my old wagon last year or the year before. Came into the corner full lock into a good rut.

I left clueless to most of the days runnings due to my float sticking on the carb, I missed out on most of the watching aspect. But it was all good, eventually. Just gotta do a bunch of little things before the next event/winter.

For my first rally-cross I had a blast. Got first in my class... which wasn't that difficult since there were only 2 drivers and we were co-driving the same car! Old school diesel benz ftw!

Was a fun time. I ended up missing second place by one second in modified AWD. Not bad considering I have been in prepared AWD until now. Was nice meeting some of you guys

    ahh gotcha.

yeah if I didn't screw up my final run and hit 5 cones I would have taken 1st in class, 3 outa 5 is still fine with me considering I had the fastest time of in the class.

I was pretty good all day, just 2 or three runs were cone stompers.
My co-driver was not so careful.

I actually thought I was doing terrible, hitting tons of cones and getting slow times, always hitting the ruts, bouncin around lol.

I thought about doing the whole thing in 1st gear, just wind her out to 9,000 rpm because the course was in an unfriendly power band and the car would just bog.

The WRX was in the power for the most part except when I hit some of the large amounts of dirt that got piled up on the last few turns.
