You sure your axle is seated all the way in? i'd take everything apart again and double the install was done right a second time around. Maybe check wheel bearings as well.
Well just last Saturday I blew out a driver's side lower ball joint and cv shaft and I replaced both of them and torqued everything down to specs. But now I get a very annoying vibration only when I get on the gas or when I'm doing 70mph+ but when I let in the clutch it goes away. I'm completely stumped on this, what could it be? (sorry for second post) and there's also a weird pull in the steering, I hardly turn the wheel and it feels like it sticks a lil bit then after i turn farther it goes away, and if i let go of the wheel it stays straight then a second later it pulls to the right, could this be a bad cv shaft?

if it goes away when you push in the clutch its in the drivetrain somewhere. my guess is if you got a reman axle or junkyard its probibly a bad axle. or it didnt line up right at one end or both.

How's the alignment? Jack it up, check wheel bearings and make sure everything else is solid.
