ordered and on the way
downpipe
exhaust
lowering springs- 1.25 drop
mk4 struts- 1.25 drop * with springs should be around 2-2.5 inches
rear roof visor
stock turbos
front lip
what should be next
wheels and tires
or
single turbo kit
i picked this up from a member on here. after the drive home, it would no longer start, after going though different sensors and other misc crap, i started redoing the harness that wasn't the greatest. came upon a broken wire. which got the car running again. first week driving the car to work, the rear turbo went out. so again the car became broken, so much for this thing becoming a cool dd. but it did become a badass project lol. so i ordered a new set of stock turbos and will be throwing them on this weekend to atleast get the car back and driving.
so now the plans--
lower
wheels
single turbo
exhaut
clean up the body
manual swap
become baller
as of now the car sits with a 1jzgte swap w/ auto trans.
fmic
the car needs alot of clean up, which will happen soon, once the new turbos are in there, it will be taken and cleaned! also going to do some nice mods i find here and there that are not posted
pics as she sat when i brought her home

When you do the Manual Swap, you'll want to look at:
Supramania.com
Clublexus.com
Supraforums.com
Driftmotion.com
---
Sign up become a member on the forums. Those will give you the best results for parts and some information.
The 1JZ bell housing for the W58 is a pain in the ass to find at times, so the forums will help you there. Driftmotion has them new for I think a round 380.00. As for the W58 Transmission you'll be putting in, or the R-154 ( which I would go with since you're going single turbo ) you want that transmission to hold the power. The R-154 1JZ bell housing Driftmotion also has for a little less money than the W58. If you find swap parts cheap go for it, if you can't find them Those sites will help, the 1JZ flywheel is also what you'll want, the MKIV Manual transmission Flywheel won't work because it is a 6-speed V160. If you find a NON-TURBO MKIV, those came with a W58 transmission and flywheel, you will be lucky to find because they re not easy to be had. Also the Lexus is 300 has the w58, along with the 86.5-92 Toyota Supra's that were none turbo.. Those can be had on Supramania for a good deal, around 200.00-320.00.
Also by looking at the motor it is a GEN one, I saw you posted the rear turbo went out. The reason for this is the oil from the PCV got to much into there and always blows the rear one. The 2Nd gen 1JZ motors redesigned a longer pipe into the intake to get rid of that issue. If you need any help with wiring or colors etc, let me know, pictures always help too.
The 7M and 2JZ motors always have the valve cover gaskets leak, I wanted to tell you the 7M has the same gasket as the 1JZ valve cover gaskets. The 2JZ is different so you can't go get 2JZ cover gaskets and use them just use the 87-92 Turbo Supra 7M-GTE motor's gaskets. =]
Pulling stock turbo's is a bitch on the 1jz and 2jz, there are i believe 12, 12mm bolts that hold the two manifolds to the head, then 6 12mm bolts that go to the turbos, coolant lines, oil drain lines, two 17MM oil injector lines from the block, all the inter cooler piping above. When these come out it is as a set, ( or pair ). The turbo turbos that go to the "Y" pipe really can't be taken off unless you have a certain open end wrench.

holy crap, thanks on the tips man! yea, im on clublexus and have been on driftmotion website, i was looking at there single turbo kits. i ordered a pair of turbos, figured it would be easy, the car hit 13psi a couple times and i was told this will cause them to die and get the death whine, but i will check the pvc out while im in there, sounds like this turbo swap will be a pain in the ass. i wonder how long this bitch is going to take lol

--something clever--
People do that them out while they're in the car. I never do. I am so use to pulling these motors I feel it is easier that way. Plus since you don't know exactly what the person did, it is always good to check all the work so [you] know about the motor, what hoses were used if any stock ones were replaced. etc. The PVC itself is fine, it is the piping from the hard pipes.
