    Project EJ1

I'm just gonna throw this up here, never created a project on xceedspeed.

Taken off of Honda-Tech. It does seem a bit choppy with grammar proportions, but bare with it haha.

Let me just start off about my car. I'm 19 years old, this is my first civic. I currently go to Michigan State University, so this project is currently going slow at the moment.

My dad and I have worked on my car for over two years as we speak. When i first purchased it, there was a substantial amount of honda cancer, and the clear coat was fading on the bonnet, and roof.

Maybe some of you have seen this video:

Yes it's totally lame, but I threw it up there for shits and giggles. Next thing you know it has 135k views lol!

I'm in the process of turning this into my DD, and a weekend track warrior.

Here is the time I got the car.

Then paint came into the scene.

Then Tein springs, currently now on koni yellows and ground control sleeves with blackworks front and rear camber kit.

Swapped out the slipstream replicas for some BNIB rota grids with volk stickers (LOL), wrapped in some BFG KDW G-force tires.

Currently the car looks like this:

While I am away at college, my dad is going to cut off the rear quarter panels, and weld on the new patch panels, while removing the door moldings (still leaving the inserts there), and fully repainting the car again. I also got a Seibon carbon fiber hood for christmas as well

    All tucked up!

    DONE!! For now..

Then I took the civic around my subdivision, and man! No power steering under 5mph is a BITCH to turn with. But anyways, drives smoothly, just like it should be!

Just purchased an JDM ITR 23mm rear sway bar, ASR purple subframe brace, F&F LCA's, B&M precision short throw, and Energy Shifter bushings.

Picked up some Nippon F2's for my grids. Wanted to run a smaller wheel for the track.

Came home for spring break, and started to work on the rear.

And here's the final product! Finally got everything bolted on. Phew! It was a bitch to install those lower control arms.

Got the shift linkage installed and ready to shift. My dad and I sanded down the whole car, and took off the rusted out quarter panel. I also had some free time to clean up the bay a bit. It desperately needs a spray. So excited to see it get all done!!! One step closer to perfection

Then I got bored one day and made this video.

Oh it will, don't you worry! I'm thinking of a due date by....late April. I need to have it on the road by early May, because that's when I come home for summer break, and I won't have a car to drive.

HAHA yes I got that a lot, I've aged greatly since that video. I look 16 in that video. Plus I wasn't POWERSHIFTINGGGG because I just replaced my clutch then, and I still had some air I needed to bleed out.

I picked it up for my old racing seats, corbeau harness, and 50 bucks. Came with everything but the 4040 prop valve.

No idea dude! LOL I traded them with my buddy Sean who graduated in my class. He says both calipers work properly and smoothly. And yes I will probably take those rotors off your hands. By the looks of these I'm going to have to get new rotors and pads.

He went over to my house today while my dad is working on my car, and then picked up the seats and dropped off the arms.

    Sounds perfect.

I'm planning on painting the arms, and cleaning up most of the parts on it.
