2012 Westland Area Meet: 1st post always updated

For the third season we will again be meeting next to Accessories USA 199 S Wayne Rd so far we have permission for this location..
This is just south of Cherry Hill rd on the east side in front of Kmart.
We are to park only infront of the building but space is limited there so we park on the north side.


It will be Thursday eveings from 8:00pm to
~9:30pm or so.
All are welcome.
After this we move to the Westland BW3s on Wayne road between Warren and Ford almost directly across from the MJR for some food and BSing.

For "blue" days meet time at BW3 is 8:00pm. For the nice weather days during the outdoor time window is 8pm to 9:30pm or a little more

The usual rules apply:
NO burn outs and squealing tires, this is not the place for that.
NO littering
NO defecating on the grounds, there are facilities nearby.
NO Excessive revving.
DO respect your peers.
DO respect property and adjacent properties.
Stereo playing is Ok as long as it can not be heard behind the building(s).

Keep up with this thread for weather, time adjustments, and other cancellations.

Next meet status is March 28th, 2013 = Blue downer

Green = go for outdoors
Yellow = Iffy
Red = Cancelled
Blue = Crappy weather, NO outdoor activities goto above BW3. For winter if not filled we park in the far south east corner of the lot but the 1st lot entrance

I wouldn't mind trying the yacht club just once since I've never been there, though I think I'll end up preferring Bdub's food more. Yeah, the yacht club's got 'scenery' , but it's also hella-far to drive there from Accessories USA compared to Bdub's. Also, as mentioned, how good is the food there and how expensive are they compared to Bdub's?

Last time I was there about 8 years ago the food sucked and there was "scenery" but it was of questionably poor quality.

It's cool if you guys don't want to go. Eric and I both bought the food was good last week. Try definitely have more variety to choose from. Service was top notch as well. Maybe I'll just go by myself Thursday loll

Food was good, scenery was better than previous.

I'll hit up LPYC this week, it's nice to take a break from bdubs once and awhile.
