I deal with gear, and DJ's and producers all day, every day for my job, and I also DJ. I don't claim to make music/beats, or whatever you want to call it. That is what producers do. And from someone who has been doing this for almost 15 years now, yes his rates are extremely reasonable. Keep up the hard work, despite what some people think it does take a lot to please a crowd, and even if you are not using vinyl, you still have to dig through "crates" to find good music to play. Its not always just download and play. I spend hours each week going through music to get some good tracks to play.
