"99 problems" has been playing over and over in my head, make it stop.
So based on your signature you seem to know about boats. If I want to go really fast on water (75ish?) can I buy an aluminum hull, slap 2 giant outboards on it, and stick a fat kid in the front? I've been tempted to try it for awhile.
