WRB WRX in lincoln park

Stock height, black rims. I think it may have been a bugeye, Driving on Moran and turned onto ferris. I was getting into my sweet escort with a black hood when it passed me, then I was driving a car behind it for a while. I dont think ive seen this car around, anyone know him?

2 tell tale signs....if it had these tails and sidemarkers by the headlamps it's a bugeye. Rarely to people switch to bug tails and/or fenders

You can almost always tell by the tail lamps and or head lamps.
