    High performance coatings service

Coatings now availible to xceedspeed members

I now provide a number of different high performance coatings that will increase power levels throughout the rpm band. I provide coatings such as:

-Ceramic Coating: To reduce underhood temperatures, lower intake temperatures, reduce overheating problems caused by exhaust heat, increase hp, increase torque, corrosion resistance, ect.
To be used on parts such as (but not limited to)
    -Exhaust manifolds -Engine blocks
    -Turbo hotside -test pipes
    -midpipes -heat shields
    -downpipes -Piston tops
    -mufflers -Combustion chambers -Exhaust ports
(bold bullets are parts that use a higher strentgh ceramic coating, the price reflects the change in strength)

-Anti Friction Coating: To reduce friction, to prevent corrosion, to increase hp and torque, to prevent damage from "dry start" situations, to aid in any rotating parts, ect.
-To be used on parts such as (but not limited to)
    -Main bearings -Rod bearings
    -Cam journals -Cam bearings
    -Crank journals -Piston skirts
    -Piston pins -Any moving parts

In a few days i will post a few pictures of coated exhaust parts, coated piston tops, coated piston skirts, coated chambers, ect.

For now im testing the waters, if people are interested i will make a price sheet (price per piston or chamber, or price per foot of exhaust pipe/manifold)

    Pm me if your interested.

Rule #1: Customers will be charged a fee if the parts they hand of to me are extremly dirty or need to be dissasembled before coating.
-Cleaning fee: $5-$100 depending on how severvely it needs to be cleaned
-Dissasembly fee: $5-$200 depending on how much time and how labor intensive it is to diassasemble the parts given.
Rule #2: All parts require a certain cure time. some parts can be handed back the same day but others will have to be picked up at a later day scheduled by the customer.

Basic Price List (subject to change)

-Valve stem anti friction coating: $3 a valve to clean and coat
(helps retain oil around the valve stem, reduces wear and friction, keeps stem cooler, helps seal the valve)
-Piston wrist pin anit friction coating: $10-$15 a pin to clean and coat
(helps retain oil around the pin, reduces wear and friction, keeps the pin cooler)
-Combustion chamber ceramic coating: $25-$30 a chamber to clean and coat
(helps keep head cooler, keeps heat in the cylinder, increases themal effeceincy in the cylinder)
-Piston top ceramic coating: $25-$30 a piston to clean and coat
(helps to keep piston cooler, keeps heat inside the cylinder, increases thermal effeceincy inside the cylinder)
-Piston skirt anti friction coating: $25-$30 a piston to clean and coat
(helps retain oil around the skirt, reduces wear and friction, keeps piston cooler)
-Turbo hotside ceramic coating: $30-$100 depending on size to clean and coat
(keeps heat inside turbo hotside, make intake air cooler, makes turbo more effiiceint, hotter exhaust temps for more hp, protects agaisnt corrosion, ect)
    -Exhaust pipe ceramic coating:
    -Exhaust manifold Cermaic coating:
    -Camshaft anti friction coating:
-Lifter anti friction coating: $3 a lifter to clean and coat
(retains more oil around the lifter, less friction for easier movement, increases response time, cools lifter, protects against corrosion, ect)

some quick ceramic coating pics, parts will eventualy lose some shine after a few hundred heat cycles (ive been running manifolds on my car that ive coated and they still look glossy after hundreds of heat cycles)

Pictures of parts coated in anti-friction coating coming soon (theyll be in the oven tonight

on ceramic coating, usually same day or next day. All depends on when you hand it to me. Like if you hand it to me in the mornign it could be done the same day, if you hand it after 8:00ish then itll be a next day pick up kinda thing.

I would say $50-$60 to coat it

$50 on the manifold, how long of a downpipe?,

Think around $75-100 for all of it to be coated.
