Need help on which Civic to buy

Im new with Honda's so any help would be awsome im between 2 cars

    a 2000 honda civic si
    or 95 honda civic lx

The 2000 has a B16 Vtec 163k adjustable coilovers all the way around and a stage 2 clutch with headers

The 95 is a D15 im guessing with the vtec mod because i asked the guy what motor it had and all he has to say is it is a vtec. i did some research am guessing it is the D15 wiith the car being an lx. No other mods done to the car but cold air intake car is sharp as hell tho

I just dont know which one to go with the 95 is 2300 and the 2000 is 2800 please help

    95 for 2300 is a bit much, 2000 for 2800 isn't a bad deal with that b16 vtec!
There's a trick to being whatever you want to be in life.
It starts with the simple belief that you are what or who you say you are. It starts, like all faiths, with a belief-a belief predicated more on whimsy than reality. And you've gotta believe for everybody else, too - until you can show them proof. If you're lucky, someone starts believing with you - first theoretically, then in practice. And two people believing are the start of a congregation. You build a congregation of believers and eventually you set out to craft a cathedral. Sometimes it's just a church; sometimes it turns out to be a chapel. Folks who don't build churches will try to tell you how you're doing it wrong, even as your steeple breaks the clouds. Never listen.- From TOUGH SHIT

I'm not going to play the asshole role like mostly everyone, but get the 2000 civic Si , looks better , a little quicker , 95 is slow , doesn't look as nice in my opinion.

Get the one from an adult owner that has not modified the car at all.
